About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or GED certificate.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Grounds Maintenance or a related field.
Basic knowledge of maintenance techniques, including grass mowing, fertilization, and tree trimming.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors.
Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and following instructions.
Basic understanding of safety protocols and the importance of adhering to guidelines.
Capacity to work cooperatively within a team environment.
Enthusiasm for contributing to the upkeep and appearance of community spaces.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance tasks in assigned areas, following established guidelines and under direct supervision.
