About The Position

Propark Mobility is hiring full-time and part-time Parking Valet Attendants in Orlando, Florida, for overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM, including weekends and holidays. The role involves greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly, explaining parking rates and vehicle retrieval instructions, and inspecting vehicles before taking possession. Attendants maintain a professional company appearance, assist with customer issues, and may complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and other projects as requested. The job is active and primarily outdoors, involving standing and walking for much of the day and sometimes carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs. Applicants must be at least 18 and have held a valid driver's license for at least two years. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Be able to stand, run, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of valet parking experience.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and thank them sincerely upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for retrieving self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Help resolve customer issues positively and helpfully.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks and special projects as requested by local management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.
