About The Position

The Parking Supervisor at Elite Parking Services of America plays a crucial role in ensuring that parking operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This position is responsible for overseeing a team of Parking Attendants, managing daily lot/garage activities, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. The Parking Supervisor implements policies and procedures that enhance the guest experience while maintaining a positive work environment for employees, and serves as the point of escalation for customer concerns and operational issues the attendant team can't resolve on their own. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, facility and equipment conditions, and revenue/ticketing accuracy to uphold the organization's standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within parking, hospitality, airport, transportation, or security services.
  • Familiarity with parking equipment (gates, kiosks, ticket dispensers, payment systems) and related software.
  • Experience handling cash reconciliation and shift audits.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily parking operations and ensure all Parking Attendants are performing their duties effectively.
  • Train, mentor, schedule, and evaluate Parking Attendants to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, and serve as the escalation point for issues attendants can't resolve.
  • Monitor parking lots, garages, and entry/exit points; oversee traffic flow and vehicle movement during peak periods and special events.
  • Inspect parking equipment (gates, kiosks, ticket dispensers, payment systems) and facilities; ensure malfunctions, hazards, or safety concerns are reported and resolved.
  • Review attendant reports and documentation for accuracy; maintain supervisor-level records and communicate updates to management.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor cash handling, ticketing, and revenue control processes for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
