About The Position
The Parking Supervisor supports the Parking Facility Manager in overseeing daily parking operations, frontline staff performance, and customer service delivery at assigned parking locations. This role serves as the on-site operational lead during assigned shifts, ensuring staffing coverage, safe operations, revenue controls, and a positive customer experience. The Parking Supervisor plays a critical role in executing established procedures, reinforcing safety and service standards, and acting as the first point of escalation for staff, guests, and operational issues.
