About The Position

The Full-Time Parking Supervisor plays a pivotal role with the daily operations of the Delta Center Parking Garage. The goal is to provide the safest and most unforgettable experience for all guests, performers, and employees who park in our Parking Garage or Loading Dock at the Delta Center.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Must possess a valid Utah Drivers License
  • Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening in accordance with company policy and insurance requirements
  • 1-2 years of Leadership experience
  • Can operate and park a vehicle safely and effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Parking is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all routine parking and facility garage functions
  • Manage parking access to the garage during day-time hours
  • Submit a daily After Shift Report
  • Execute formal corrective actions when necessary
  • Develop scheduling for part-time parking staff
  • Coordinate with Building Security regarding emergency situations when required
  • Complete detailed incident reports as required
  • Initiate requests for towing services as needed
  • Coordinate with Department Management over broadcast truck positioning
  • Protect the reputation of the company
  • Exemplify the Delta Center mission and values: transparent, all in, community obsessed, one team, and scrappy
  • Other duties as assigned
