About The Position

As a Parking Services and Revenue Representative, you will provide excellent customer service and collect revenue from customers using the parking garages at SEA airport. You will provide customer service in the parking facility and collect revenue from those exiting the parking facility. You will drive for extended periods of time to conduct nightly inventory of all vehicles parked in the garage with the use of drive-through automated technology. You will assist customers in the parking garage as part of the Ambassador Program with a variety of questions and concerns. You will work an unscheduled part-time position that requires working a variety of shifts, covering the needs of the operation.

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Technical skills in using a 10-key adding machine, electronic cash register, and a computer keyboard during each shift.
• Skilled in effectively providing a high level of customer service and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent cash handling abilities including counting dues, providing accurate change, and accountability for monies received is essential.
