About The Position

The BankNH Pavilion (BNHP) is a top-tier concert venue in the U.S., recognized for its high customer and employee satisfaction. Established in 1996 and enhanced by a partnership with Live Nation Entertainment in 2018, BNHP attracts major artists and offers a vibrant summer work environment. We are seeking friendly, self-motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our fast-paced outdoor Parking Department. The department includes two roles: Parking Pass Scanner and Parking Lot Attendant. We value safety, care, creating 'encore' moments, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity/comfort with technology such as smartphones.
  • Cash handling experience is a plus.
  • Reliable form of transportation and communication.
  • Ability to commit to at least 50 percent of shows.
  • Must be available for nights, weekends, and potentially holiday work in all types of weather.
  • Must be able to stand for long hours with almost no sitting.
  • Willingness to learn the layout of the parking lots and venue.
  • Proactive in helping to enforce BNHP venue policies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with locating their pre-paid parking ticket on smartphones.
  • Direct arriving guest vehicles to the correct parking lot in an organized, efficient, and welcoming manner.
  • Work closely with BNHP Box Office/Backstage Staff for parking verification.
  • Process pre-paid parking tickets through a ParkHub device.
  • Process new sales by credit card, Apple pay, or cash, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and other staff regarding vehicle direction.
  • Enter availability 3 weeks in advance through the ABIMM online system and communicate any changes to the supervisor.
  • Accurately capture time worked through the ABIMM system.
  • Help set up access roads and parking areas with cones, barriers, and delineators.
  • Keep parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage.
  • Enforce tailgating and general parking policies with customers.
  • Report any issues to a Supervisor, such as accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences.
  • Be cognizant of pedestrian safety at all times.
  • Direct departing guest vehicles to the proper exits.
  • Assist in the removal of cones, barriers, and delineators after egress.
  • Dress in assigned uniform and safety gear.
  • Attend all training and meetings as needed.
  • Use a radio in a respectful and concise manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
