This role involves delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations, monitoring location activity to ensure proper provisioning and staffing, and maintaining continuous communication with clients, customers, and corporate leadership. The Parking Manager is responsible for maintaining a clean business environment, including ensuring signage and displays are appropriately positioned, visible, and updated with accurate rates. This position requires generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers and/or clients upon request. It also includes participating in the hiring, training, coaching, and counseling of team members to ensure performance standards are met. The role focuses on maximizing profitability by controlling expenses and efficiently managing operational staff, approving timecards, managing labor hours, and processing revenue. Additionally, the Parking Manager will create and manage an annual budget and expenditures, compile location sales data, coordinate with the Company’s audit team to ensure timely and accurate revenue capture, and resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees. Collaboration with vendors to ensure adequate property supply and reporting maintenance and equipment repairs to the client are also key responsibilities. The manager will also oversee the parking areas to ensure efficient traffic flow.
