About The Position
The Parking Maintenance Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of parking structures and surface lots. This role includes light cleaning duties, routine inspections, and basic maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of parking structures and surface lots.
- Ability to perform light cleaning duties.
- Ability to conduct routine inspections.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Must be able to work Monday – Friday 10:00pm - 7:00am (Graveyard shift).
