• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, kneel, or climb if needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Midtown facility looking sharp, clean, and welcoming.
• Enforce parking regulations, including writing citations.
• Serve as a fill-in attendant at the Kent Square garage when other team members are unavailable.
• Manage operations during Virginia Tech home football games.
• Provide support during other local town events and peak times.
