About The Position
Provide parking, valet, and directional assistance to visitors, including operating transport vehicles as needed. Maintain vehicular and pedestrian traffic control in and around parking areas to ensure safety and efficiency. Enforce compliance with state regulations and facility safety procedures; assist with special event parking coordination. Deliver service excellence by collecting fees, managing garage exits, and responding promptly to visitor inquiries.
Requirements
- Drivers License credentialed from the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles (IL-DMV) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
