Our COTALAND Parking Lot Attendants create a safe, organized, and welcoming arrival experience for guests. They direct traffic, assist guests with parking, monitor parking areas for safety, provide directions and information, and help ensure efficient vehicle flow during peak attendance and special events. During the hiring process, we'll consider your interests, experience, strengths, and our current hiring needs to help determine where you'll make the biggest impact. Once placed, you'll receive the training and support needed to succeed in your role.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
  • Work in extreme environments outdoors throughout the year.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.

Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, organized, and welcoming arrival experience for guests.
  • Direct traffic.
  • Assist guests with parking.
