Requirements
- Must have own transportation
- Able to drive a golf cart and have a valid DL
- Must have valid DL
- Must have a vehicle to drive to locations.
- High School education or equivalent
- Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of Customer Service & cleaning experience is preferred
- Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality
- Courteous and friendly
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to stand for long periods of time
Responsibilities
- Sweeping
- Trash collection
- Cleaning windows
- Blowing sidewalks
- Removing bird waste
- Removing graffiti
- Occasional parking payment management
- Any basic cleaning duties
