About The Position
This position is responsible for enforcing parking regulations, ensuring compliance with local laws, and providing excellent customer service to the patrons visiting. This is a part-time role with 20 hours per week, scheduled for Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail required.
Nice To Haves
- Strong customer service experience is highly desired.
- Prior parking enforcement not required but preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor parking areas to ensure compliance.
- Issue citations for violations of parking laws and regulations.
- Respond to inquiries from the patrons regarding parking rules and procedures.
- Provide assistance to motorists as needed, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, violations, and enforcement activities.
- Maintain accurate records of citations issued and follow up on unpaid tickets as required.
