About The Position
The Parking Enforcement Manager will direct booting and towing operations, manage LPR camera systems, secure and manage assigned parking facilities, supervise and train enforcement staff, and use data to optimize operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact with towing contractors and property clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in parking enforcement, security, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with booting, towing, and/or facility security operations
- Familiarity with LPR systems or enforcement technology platforms
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong communication skills — comfortable working with clients, contractors, and the public
Responsibilities
- Direct booting and towing operations, including vendor coordination and release procedures
- Deploy and manage LPR (License Plate Recognition) camera systems for violation detection and permit enforcement
- Secure and manage assigned parking facilities — access control, signage compliance, unauthorized vehicle removal
- Supervise and train enforcement staff on protocols, documentation, and digital tools
- Use enforcement data and analytics to optimize patrol routes and staffing
- Serve as the primary point of contact with towing contractors and property clients
