About The Position
Manages parking and collects payment for vehicles parked in a designated area. Assists the public within the parking areas, providing information and directions. Collects parking fees from customers and instructs on the usage of pay-on-foot stations and pay-in-lane stations. Operates and maintains parking equipment and gates. Provides coverage of lots, garages, and cashier booths. Cleans and stocks parking areas. Obtains cash from and places cash in department vault.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Customer service experience, required.
