About The Position

Children's Hospital is seeking friendly and service-oriented individuals to join their team as Parking Ambassadors on the Dallas Campus. This role involves providing excellent service and directions to patrons, assisting with any gate or ticket issues, and ensuring a smooth traffic flow. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mentality, be able to stand for long periods, and work outdoors. This position offers $16 per hour for both full-time and part-time morning shifts.

Requirements

• 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand and work outdoors for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
• Reliable access to the internet and transportation
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and directions for patrons of Children's Health
• Assist with transactions/gate/ticket issues as they arise
• Be present, visible, and available to assist with self parking patrons
• Assist parkers with directions and traffic flow
• Some cleaning is required
