About The Position

Valet Park of America is seeking a part-time Parking Ambassador in Waterbury, CT, to work at a busy medical entrance. This role is ideal for individuals seeking additional work alongside another job or school, who are customer-service friendly and enjoy working outdoors. The position requires availability for two evening shifts (4pm-8:30pm) during the week and some weekends, with flexibility to assist with other shifts as needed. The primary purpose of this role is to greet and assist customers with parking, serve as a visible representative of the establishment, ensure the entrance lane is kept clear for emergency access, direct vehicles to available parking, and report any issues or suspicious behavior to Security.

Requirements

Must be available for two evening shifts (4pm-8:30pm) during the week and some weekends.
Flexibility to help with other shifts.
Standing for the duration of your shift.
Lifting wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, baggage, gifts, etc. (in and out of customers' vehicles).
Communicate effectively in English with customers and coworkers.
Must undergo a criminal records check.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary.
Must have a neat appearance and good attitude.
