The Prince George's County Park Police Division, of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC), is seeking applications for a Property and Evidence Administrator. This role encompasses a wide range of administrative and analytical responsibilities supporting the Park Police Division's property, evidence, and asset management functions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receiving, storing, safeguarding, tracking, and releasing property and evidence; maintaining electronic tracking and accountability systems; managing inventories, equipment, uniforms, and supplies; coordinating purchasing and procurement activities; and ensuring compliance with departmental directives, legal requirements, and court-mandated procedures. The incumbent applies established policies and professional judgment to coordinate, monitor, and improve property and evidence operations, while assisting with the development of procedures, preparing reports and analyses, and ensuring the integrity, security, and accountability of all department assets. This position requires the ability to work independently, maintain confidential and sensitive information, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support the division's operational success.
