About The Position

The Park Manager is responsible for supervising the park employees' performance in their daily work activities. This role serves as a contact between guests and Kids Empire, ensuring guest satisfaction, resolving complaints, and addressing any questions or comments guests or employees may have. The Park Manager ensures guests have an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire and must interact with families and children of all ages.

Responsibilities

  • Attending to guests as quickly as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
  • Performing job duties satisfactorily and achieving production goals.
  • Creating weekly schedules.
  • Auditing schedules, attendance, and timeclocks.
  • Hiring qualified employees for park positions available.
  • Handling, managing, and documenting statements, terminations, resignations, and job abandonment cases.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and multiple park assessments for the park and the employees.
  • Training team members to perform the key elements of their job duties.
  • Opening and closing the park via using keys or a code.
  • Communicating any guest or employee issues.
  • Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and provide guest information such as address, name, email address, and phone number using an iPad.
  • Operating the front cash counter for receiving payments, managing cash flow, registering transactions daily, taking payment by cash or card, and providing exact change.
  • Operating billing transactions accurately by verifying the amount displayed on the POS.
  • Organizing the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
  • Managing birthday party bookings and setups along with ensuring customer satisfaction during the events.
  • Managing third-party vendor supplies, orders, or requests.
  • Working closely with all corporate teams and communicating via the proper company channels.
  • Checking snack inventory and ordering snacks from specified vendors to replenish stock.
  • Walking the floor regularly to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests are following park rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing all park structures, such as tables, chairs, and playground structures.
  • Scheduling and coordinating family events and assisting events to operate efficiently.
  • Holding weekly meetings with development.
  • Ensuring all correct quantities arrive.
  • Speaking with suppliers and third parties.
  • Setting up time and attendance Amazon accounts audits nationally among all KE parks.
  • Providing services assistance for operations chats.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
