Requirements
- One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Must meet the PA residency requirement.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic repairs to park buildings and facilities using tools from multiple trades
- Operate and assist in the cleaning and maintenance of park vehicles and equipment
- Carry out mowing, trimming, planting, and general outdoor upkeep across the park
- Build simple forms, mix and place cement, and assist with stone and block wall tasks
- Apply paint or stain to buildings, signs, gates, and other park structures
- Clean and supply park buildings and complete minor routine repairs
