Requirements

  • One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Must meet the PA residency requirement.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic repairs to park buildings and facilities using tools from multiple trades
  • Operate and assist in the cleaning and maintenance of park vehicles and equipment
  • Carry out mowing, trimming, planting, and general outdoor upkeep across the park
  • Build simple forms, mix and place cement, and assist with stone and block wall tasks
  • Apply paint or stain to buildings, signs, gates, and other park structures
  • Clean and supply park buildings and complete minor routine repairs
