Requirements
- One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction
- An equivalent combination of experience and training
- Meet the PA residency requirement
- Be able to perform essential job functions
Responsibilities
- Clean park buildings and assist with routine building and equipment upkeep
- Mow lawns, maintain trails, and perform landscaping and shoreline maintenance
- Assist skilled staff with carpentry, concrete work, plumbing, electrical tasks, and demolition
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and park machinery in a safe and proper manner
- Provide directions, answer questions, and respond to visitor comments
- Support scheduled projects and maintenance at both Kettle Creek and Ole Bull State Parks
