Requirements
- One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction
- An equivalent combination of experience and training
- You must meet the PA residency requirement.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Responsibilities
- Facility Cleaning: Clean restroom facilities, rental cabin spaces, and pool areas using established procedures
- Grounds Care: Mow grass, trim weeds, clear debris, and help maintain trails and outdoor areas
- Repair Work: Complete routine building repairs and assist tradesmen with carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic service on park vehicles, motors, and tools and operate equipment safely
- Painting Tasks: Paint and stain park buildings, structures, signs, and other wood surfaces
- Seasonal Duties: Remove snow, spray herbicides to control invasive species, and manage water and sewage systems
