About The Position

At the Utah Olympic Park in Park City, UT, no two days look the same, and that's the point. As our Park Guest Services Lead, you'll be the first face athletes, coaches, and visitors see, leading tours through a facility that helped launch Olympic careers, and keeping guest services running like clockwork. If you like variety, enjoy people, and want a front-row seat to winter sports, keep reading. Few jobs let you introduce guests to a piece of winter sports history while watching developing athletes chase their goals. Your team trusts you to problem-solve as the day shifts: cash handling one hour, guided tours the next. The work is never routine. You might help someone see snow for the first time or watch an athlete register for their next competition, and your leadership shapes every visitor's first impression of the Park.

Requirements

• Customer service experience
• Cash handling experience
• Minimum age 21
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in Utah's mountain weather
• Comfortable staying active throughout the day

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading or coordinating a small team's daily duties
• Retail, inventory, or nightly deposit experience
• Background or education in hospitality
• Comfort with POS systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Leading tours through the facility
• Keeping guest services running smoothly
• Problem-solving as the day shifts
• Handling cash drawers and deposits
• Restocking retail
• Answering questions on upcoming events
• Assisting in various areas such as parking, ticket sales, and the museum
• Opening procedures at the Guest Services Desk
• Processing sport program registrations
• Troubleshooting the POS system
• Acting as Manager on Duty
