The Parent Educator will coordinate and monitor the delivery of services in accordance with PAT Essential Requirements, PAT Quality Standards and the affiliates policies and procedures. The Parent Educator will exercise a high level of independence in making decisions and commitments within guidelines of corporate policies and procedures. Detail and multi-task oriented. Strong organizational, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Able to resolve conflicts, creative and resourceful with time management skills. Have a commitment to reflective supervision, data collection and continuous quality improvement.
