About The Position
Via Mobility Services is seeking dedicated Paratransit Drivers to join their team in Denver, CO. This role involves operating a paratransit vehicle to transport passengers across the Denver Metro area, providing door-through-door services. The driver will work closely with dispatch on scheduling and routes, and will be responsible for communicating with and assisting passengers with disabilities and special needs. This position offers a variety of tasks, with no two days being exactly the same, and provides an opportunity to make a positive impact on the community by helping individuals live independent lives. Via Mobility Services emphasizes a supportive environment and offers paid training and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 19 years old or older
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License in good standing
- Reliable work history with strong punctuality and attendance
- Must pass & maintain DOT & job skills physical
- Must pass random drug testing
- Must pass ongoing Motor Vehicle Records checks
