About The Position
This role involves providing paratransit services, requiring excellent customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure, and adherence to safety and operational procedures. The position is subject to FTA Drug and Alcohol program regulations.
Requirements
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as regulated by the client
- Ability to pass mandated FTA Drug and Alcohol testing
- Must pass a physical examination
- Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Also contingent upon receiving a favorable background check.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 6 months of hire
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by consistently demonstrating friendliness, courtesy, professional and empathetic attitude with all customers
- Ability to work under stressful situations and meet strict timelines
- Ability to manage difficult customers
- Ability to lift/move 25 lbs
- Ability to follow all company safety and operational rules and procedures
- Ability to work split shifts
