About The Position
Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a Paraprofessional to join our team near Mays Landing, New Jersey for a full-time, school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey! Job opportunities are also available across various locations in New Jersey and Nation-wide! Setting: School-Based Services Hours: 8:40am-3:30pm Pay: $20-$25/hour Exclusive school placement (no travel required)
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree Or at least 60 college credits Or you have passed the Paraprofessional Praxis Pro Exam
Responsibilities
- Provide support to teachers by helping with instructional activities, managing classroom materials, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.
- Work closely with individual or small groups of students to reinforce lessons, assist with assignments, and provide accommodations for those with special educational needs.
- Help monitor and guide student behavior in the classroom and during school activities, ensuring adherence to school policies and promoting a safe, respectful learning atmosphere.
