About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Paraprofessional at The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center (D.J.T.C) in Dermott, Arkansas. The Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to helping at-risk young males (ages 18-21) build a brighter future. As the only program of its kind in Arkansas, it creates a structured environment that fosters self-discipline, self-respect, and motivation, empowering youth to grow into successful young adults. The center offers a comprehensive approach, including an on-site school, vocational training, library, clinical, and medical services to help students develop academic and life skills. The organization is seeking passionate individuals committed to supporting education, personal growth, and second chances. Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
• Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
