About The Position

The Paramedic, Mobile Unit is a key member of a lean plasma donation center team, responsible for donor health and safety and contributing to a welcoming donor experience. The role works collaboratively with center staff in a high-energy, fast-growing organization. Responsibilities include monitoring donor eligibility and safety, performing health screenings and physical exams, responding to donor reactions, managing health logs and test results with clinical oversight, and keeping exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant. The employee will also be cross-trained in center functions such as phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• Be certified or licensed in the state of employment as a Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Licensed Practical Nurse, Advanced/Intermediate or Basic Emergency Medical Technician.
• Hold current BLS or CPR certification.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Be able to work three 12-hour shifts, including weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities
