About The Position

As a Paramedic, you are a critical part of the emergency response team, providing advanced, high-quality care to patients during urgent moments. You respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, deliver compassionate and skilled medical care in the field, and help stabilize and safely transport patients. You work closely with an EMT partner in a team where communication, trust, and teamwork are essential. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Current Paramedic certification or licensure in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls and provide advanced patient care in accordance with protocols.
• Lead and support an EMT partner in delivering safe, efficient, and effective care.
• Assess patients and use advanced medical equipment and procedures in the field.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort and make appropriate transport decisions.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation for all patient encounters.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare facilities, and team members.
• Maintain the readiness of equipment, supplies, and the vehicle for response.
• Support a culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
