About The Position

The Field Paramedic is responsible for administering prompt and efficient pre-hospital care to the patients. Contributes and participates, when requested, in the department's performance improvement programs. Monitors and ensures the provision of adequate supplies and equipment. Completes required medical and non-medical records.

Requirements

• 2 years of EMS related experience required.
• NREMT-P
• EMT-P State of La
• CPR Certification
• Defensive Driving
• Hazmat Awareness
• ACLS
• Chauffer’s license or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• PALS within 6 months
• CPI within 90 days
