The Paramedic Education Advisor manages all duties associated with the pre-sales workflow of the EMT & Paramedic Division Sales Account Managers. This role involves following up with prospective students using established admissions standards, guidelines, and criteria, with a target of 30 enrollments per month. The advisor will spend 50-75% of their day making outbound calls to recruit prospective students on a national level, working efficiently unsupervised. Responsibilities also include conducting in-person tours of the facility as needed, attending and preparing for local events, developing and managing a client base of corporate accounts, and building positive long-term customer relationships. The role requires proficiency in the CRM system Lead Square and the preparation of enrollment documents via DocuSign. The advisor must meet and exceed targeted sales goals.
