Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
  • Minimum of 1 year of admissions experience at a Private Career College (preferred).
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Support and guide qualified applicants through the admissions process, ensuring clear communication and adherence to application deadlines.
  • Represent the college professionally while maintaining strong relationships with current school partners and actively building new connections.
  • Connect with prospective students, build a client base, and consistently achieve monthly enrollment targets.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to improve website content, social media presence, and promotional materials.
  • Organize and lead external marketing events, such as Open Houses and Information Sessions, to drive student enrollment.
  • Present a professional and positive image of the college to students, families, and partners from first contact through to a student's first day of classes.
  • Conduct engaging campus tours for prospective students and ensure enrollment documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of student applications, enrollments, and communications.
