About The Position

The Paramedic Education Advisor manages all duties associated with the pre-sales workflow of the EMT & Paramedic Division Sales Account Managers. This role involves following up with prospective students, making a high volume of outbound calls, recruiting students nationally, and managing a client base of corporate accounts. The advisor will also develop positive customer relationships, work within a CRM system, prepare enrollment documents, and meet or exceed sales goals.

Requirements

• 2 Years of experience in Sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including high-volume outbound calling and professional follow-up with prospective students
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills with the ability to meet or exceed monthly enrollment and performance goals.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, corporate accounts, and customer relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Undergraduate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective students utilizing established admissions standards, guidelines, and criteria, with 30 enrollments a month.
• Make a minimum of 350 calls approximately per week.
• Be on the phone 50-75% of the day making outbound calls, recruiting prospective students on a national level, while working efficiently unsupervised.
• Conduct in-person tours of facility as needed.
• Attend and prepare for local events as needed.
• Develop, build and manage a client base of corporate accounts.
• Develop positive long-term customer relationships.
• Work in CRM system - Lead Square.
• Prepare enrollment documents, i.e., DocuSign.
• Meet and/or exceed targeted sales goals.
