Compensation- Compensation begins at $45,000 per year and is designed to grow as you develop expertise and take on greater responsibilities. Complex estate planning is a specialized area of law that requires significant training and attention to detail. During your first year, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship while learning our advanced estate planning strategies and systems. Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a law firm, professional office, financial services, real estate, banking, or similar environment
  • Experience working with client files, documentation, or process-driven workflows
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • A paralegal certificate is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the estate planning process
  • Conduct client intake and gather information needed for estate planning documents
  • Prepare and organize client files
  • Draft estate planning documents using firm templates and software, including both foundational and advanced planning structures as directed by the attorney
  • Schedule consultations, signing appointments, and follow-up meetings
  • Maintain accurate records within the firm's case management system
  • Assist with document execution and signing ceremonies
  • Track deadlines and ensure matters move efficiently through the workflow
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and client communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve office systems, workflows, and procedures
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work
  • Support the attorney with administrative and operational tasks as needed
