About The Position
Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess is expanding its team and is on the lookout for a dedicated Civil Litigation Paralegal to join them full-time. This position will be based out of their Seattle or Tacoma locations and will support attorneys in both offices. They are a thriving law firm specializing in real estate, land use, construction, probate, employment, and business law. We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a focus on real estate, construction, and business law. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-6 years of litigation paralegal experience. TEDRA experience is a plus. Familiarity with state and local court rules and procedure is a must. The successful candidate will support 2-3 attorneys, be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of paralegal experience in litigation
- Experience with e-filing/filing in local courts
- Calendaring, scheduling, and docketing experience
- Experience billing time; meeting a 5 hours per day billable hours requirement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and some Excel)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Professional in appearance and demeanor
- Punctual and reliable
- Familiarity with state and local court rules and procedure is a must.

- TEDRA experience is a plus.
