Hankey Law Firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in Family Law, Litigation, Real Estate, and Estate Planning. We are looking for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies
- 2+ years of paralegal experience
- Experience in litigation, family law, real estate, and/or estate planning
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Nice To Haves
- Real estate closing experience preferred
- Experience with Clio, Alacourt, AlaFile, and Microsoft Office preferred
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents
- Manage case files, calendars, and court filings
- Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and legal research
- Coordinate communications with clients, courts, and outside parties
- Support residential and commercial real estate transactions
- Prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
