As a Paralegal at Leaders, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal department. You will work closely with our Legal Counsel and other team members to manage legal documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide essential support in various legal matters. Your expertise will help ensure that our institution operates within the legal framework and maintains the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
Paralegal certification from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a financial institution or law firm.
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills
Must maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly atmosphere for members and co-workers
Must have very strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assisting Legal Counsel in preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Conducting legal research and analysis on regulatory compliance issues
Manage and organize legal files, documents, and records
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for legal matters.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the financial industry.
Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed.
