Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation for easy access.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information.
- Review and summarize legal documents and case law for attorney review.
- Prepare and file documents with courts and other legal entities.
- Assist in case management and tracking deadlines to ensure timely submissions.
- Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits and evidence.
