About The Position
About the Role: Atlanta Family Law Group LLC is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to support attorneys in a structured, litigation-focused environment. This role is critical to maintaining efficiency across active case dockets. You will work closely with attorneys to manage case progression, maintain organization, and ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met. This is not an administrative-only role. This is a litigation support position requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership of workflow. Requirements
- 2+ years of family law paralegal experience
- Experience drafting pleadings and managing discovery
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a high-volume family law environment
- Trial preparation experience
- Familiarity with Georgia family law procedures
