About The Position
SourcePro Search is conducting a search for an experienced Plaintiff Paralegal. This role will be based in Philadelphia (Northeast).
Requirements
- At least 5-years of pre-litigation experience.
- Experience on the Plaintiff side.
Nice To Haves
- Degree or Paralegal Certificate is preferred.
- Non-degree candidates with experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Client Intake
- Report/open claims to insurance companies
- Collect and analyze police reports and medical records.
- Schedule inspections, medical appointments and monitor ongoing medical treatment
- Prepare and file Complaints
