About The Position
Seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our Baltimore, Hackensack, New York City, or Wilmington Offices to assist attorneys with corporate matters and transactions. This is a Direct Hire position.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in governance, business planning, financial and transactional practice.
- Highly organized
- Ability to prioritize
- Team player
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
Nice To Haves
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
