About The Position
Winstead, a leading Texas-based law firm, is seeking a paralegal with prior commercial real estate experience for its Houston office. The Real Estate Development & Investments Practice Group focuses on providing innovative solutions to clients' business and legal opportunities and challenges. The firm serves a variety of industries and works as trusted counsel to public and private companies, governments, individuals, universities, and public institutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience working for a law firm or title company on title and survey review
- Thorough understanding of reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents, title policies and endorsements, and preparing related work product
- Highly organized, self-motivated individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High degree of professionalism
- Enjoys a team-oriented working environment
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Paralegal Certificate or Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies
- CLA Certification
