About The Position

RAS is a leading law firm specializing in creditors' rights, with a focus on Pennsylvania foreclosures. Our dedicated team of legal professionals are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients while navigating complex legal matters efficiently and effectively. This is a full-time on-site role. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our fast-paced Pennsylvania Service team. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of service documents related to Pennsylvania foreclosures.

Requirements

1+ years of experience as a paralegal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Pennsylvania Service procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing and filing legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
Manage and organize case files, including electronic and physical documents.
Communicate with sheriff’s and court personnel professionally and effectively.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the service team.
