About The Position

Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess is expanding its team and is on the lookout for a dedicated Civil Litigation Paralegal to join them full-time. This position will be based out of their Seattle location and will support attorneys in both Seattle and Tacoma offices. The firm specializes in real estate, land use, construction, probate, employment, and business law, prioritizing integrity, high-level service, and a positive, warm, inclusive, collegial, and drama-free office environment. The role focuses on real estate, construction, and business law litigation, requiring a candidate comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills, supporting 2-3 attorneys.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of paralegal experience in litigation.
Familiarity with state and local court rules and procedure.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with e-filing/filing in local courts.
Calendaring, scheduling, and docketing experience.
Experience billing time; meeting a 5 hours per day billable hours requirement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and some Excel).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Professional in appearance and demeanor.
Punctual and reliable.

TEDRA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys in litigation matters, with a focus on real estate, construction, and business law.
Manage e-filing/filing in local courts.
