This position provides comprehensive legal and administrative assistance to agency attorneys. Responsibilities include conducting legal and regulatory research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, supporting regulatory compliance efforts, coordinating administrative hearings, and managing legal files and documentation. It requires a strong foundation in legal support services, attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, professionalism in communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a compliance-driven, fast-paced regulatory environment. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
