About The Position

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is a highly respected multi-state law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and results-driven representation for our clients. As our nationwide litigation practice continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our Replevin and Recovery Litigation team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience coordinating service of process, managing court filings, and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys handling replevin and related civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience with court filing systems, and a comprehensive understanding of litigation procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Experience coordinating and tracking service of process.
  • Experience filing legal documents with state and/or federal courts.
  • Strong knowledge of court procedures, deadlines, and litigation workflows.
  • Proficiency with electronic court filing systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.

Nice To Haves

  • Paralegal certificate or associate degree in paralegal studies.
  • Experience supporting creditor's rights, collections, replevin, or civil litigation practices.
  • Familiarity with multi-state litigation.
  • Experience with court docket monitoring and case management platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, notices, and other legal documents with state and federal courts.
  • Coordinate and track service of process through process servers, sheriffs, and other authorized agents.
  • Monitor service deadlines and follow up to ensure timely completion and documentation of service.
  • File documents through electronic filing systems (e-filing) and maintain compliance with court rules and procedures.
  • Review court dockets and update case management systems with case activity.
  • Draft routine legal correspondence and case-related documents.
  • Maintain and organize litigation files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate hearing, trial, and deposition schedules.
  • Assist attorneys with case preparation, document management, and litigation support.
  • Communicate with courts, process servers, clients, opposing counsel, and other parties regarding case status and procedural matters.
  • Manage deadlines, calendars, and tickler systems to ensure compliance with court requirements.
