The King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Paralegal II in the Economic Crimes and Wage Theft Division. This division is comprised of three units: Economic Crimes; Complex Financial Crimes and Wage Theft; and Elder Abuse, Exploitation and Neglect. Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys (DPAs), paralegals, and investigators collaborate on matters such as identity theft, embezzlement, organized retail theft, crimes against vulnerable adults, and the prosecution of prolific car thieves and burglars, along with other crimes that economically affect the people and businesses of King County. The King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office's mission is to do Justice by exercising the power given to them by the people with fairness and humility. They serve their diverse community, support victims and families, and hold individuals accountable. They develop innovative and collaborative solutions for King County and the State of Washington, guided by core values of Integrity, Compassion, Professionalism, and Leadership. The office is comprised of six divisions further organized into specialized units.
