About The Position
The Paraeducator 1 assists the Teacher in delivering an instructional program by preparing the classroom and materials and working with individual students and small groups. The role also supervises student activities to help ensure that the school maintains a safe and orderly environment. This is a probationary, six-hour position at Aloha Huber Park K-8. The position follows a 10-month calendar with 182 calendar work days. The daily schedule is 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., five days per week based on the number of calendar work days. The listed hourly rate is $23.41141–$29.57831.

- Assist the Teacher in delivering an instructional program.
- Prepare the classroom and instructional materials.
- Work with individual students and small groups.
- Supervise student activities to help maintain a safe and orderly school environment.
